Something does not make sense.

In any 'normal' war airpower is used right from the outset to knock out the enemy's air capability. Air supremacy is fundamental to achieving victory on the ground.
So far, I have only seen one report of a fighter aircraft launching a missile towards a ground target early in the campaign.
The Russians call it a "special military operation", presumably with the object of cleaning out "Neo Nazies" and such without causing a lot of destruction on the ground.
There are no reports of damage to Ukrainian fighter aircraft either, and none of them appear to be flying? Why not?
The question arises: Is this an inside job to kill a whole bunch of innocent people and terrify large populations across the world with a nuclear armageddon?
Is it connected to the pandemic?
