People from the US are now involved in reporting:
Live from downtown Ottawa, No evidence of police action so far.
Looks like emergency lanes are blocked, as well now.
Likely done by protesters to stop police vehicle access.

Don't blame them. There is not much they can do without stirring up a wasps' nest.
Interesting, trucks and cars are parked so close that you can't move in between them in many places. Reminds me of the Wild West when wagon trains used to form a protective circle against attackers.
