Email sent to Canadian MP Blake Richards today, and copied to all of Canada's senators

Hi Blake,
In regards to the upcoming vote on a continued engagement by Canadian Armed Forces personnel in air strikes on Libya, I would urge you to study all sides of the question before voting.
I have followed this conflict closely, using information from both sides and have concluded that this is a civil war driven by outside interest groups involved in a geopolitical struggle for the control of African resources.
Our bombing of targets on the ground in Libya has nothing to do with saving civilian lives, rather the opposite. It has everything to do with trying to oust from power the existing government of Libya.
I strenuously oppose this intervention in the affairs of a sovereign nation by Canadian forces.
